I recently rented a Cadillac Escalade and had an great experience from start to finish. The truck was spotless when I picked it up — clearly well-maintained and thoroughly cleaned, which I really appreciated.
Out on the road, the Escalade drove beautifully. Smooth, powerful, and comfortable the entire trip — not a single issue or concern the whole time. It handled everything I threw at it with ease.
My trip actually wrapped up ahead of schedule, so I was able to drop the vehicle off early, and the return process was just as smooth as the pickup. No hassle, no problems.
Overall, a fantastic rental experience. If you’re looking for a premium, reliable ride, I highly recommend the Cadillac Escalade. I’ll definitely be renting again! Thank you

Car was great. The smell in the car was terrible. I let the owner know.
We immediately checked the vehicle to see what “fart” smell he was referencing. We did not identify any fart smells while we drove the vehicle for 2 hours immediately after guest returned. We of course refrained from farting while verifying if there was a fart smell. We were unable to identify any unusual smells. Perhaps it was the fine leather used in the Sport Platinum that you smelled? Or someone was farting on your trip. Or the odor was from outside the car? 🤷♂️
