I take pride in my fleet of vehicles and maintaining their excellent condition for each customer. Turo and I have a ZERO-TOLERANCE policy on the following: 🔹 Absolutely NO SMOKING in any of our vehicles. This includes cigarettes, marijuana, vape pens, or any other smoking device. 🔹 NO PETS allowed in our vehicles. In the event you return a vehicle and I notice our NO PETS and NO SMOKING policies were dis-regarded: you will incur a post-trip charge per Turo’s policies which can be viewed here: https://support.turo.com/hc/en-us/articles/203990780-Fees-fines . 🔹 Many of our vehicles require Premium (91+ octane) Unleaded gasoline. It is noted in the Details and you will receive a reminder 15-30 minutes after your trip starts if the vehicle you rented requires Premium Unleaded. Please provide ALL FUEL RECEIPTS upon the return of the vehicle. In the event you do not provide ALL FUEL RECEIPTS from your trip reflecting PREMIUM GAS was used in our vehicle, you may be subject to a damage claim submitted through Turo to protect our vehicle from potential engine damage. Convenience is my main priority for ALL of my guests. I aim to over-deliver on each trip experience by offering the following: 🔹 Toll tags on all vehicles. At the conclusion of your trip, Turo will upload your toll charges into your trip for reimbursement. This service is accompanied by a small convenience fee - helping eliminate the headache of receiving your tolls in the mail and paying them at a premium rate! 🔹 Vehicle re-fueling - If that needle is not touching the F for FULL, I have to fill it up for the next guest and I will invoice you AT COST + a $10 convenience fee issued through Turo. 🔹If you are in a hurry and don't have time to re-fuel the vehicle to the level it was received, don't sweat it - we've got you covered! We will re-fuel your vehicle and upload the receipt for reimbursement and invoice you. 🔹You may also SELECT the PRE-PAID REFUEL EXTRA to activate this convenience for your trip. 🔹 I have the ability to accommodate all travel schedules and pick up/drop off times at our office, chosen local delivery location, & DFW and Love Field Airport locations.. 🔹 If you need leave your car at our location during your trip you can leave it at your own risk. If you need secure parking for it, contact me directly and we can discuss locked and/or climate controlled storage options.
