Nice car. Second time renting the car with no issue. Check-in and check-out process is very easy

This was our first time using Turo. Getting in contact with the host wasn't the easiest. We arrived to the pickup location and it was a parking garage. We could not find the car and messaged the host through the app - no response. We then messaged the host via iMessage - no response. We then called the host twice, our calls rang a few times and were declined. After about 10 minutes of this the host messaged back with the location of the car. We get to the car and it is locked. We wait a few more minutes for the host to unlock the car remotely. The experience with the actual car was average. The bluetooth didn't work for any of our three phones and we had to use CarPlay, which you cannot adjust audio settings for (the bass was turned seemingly all the way up and the audio was coming solely from the rear, we weren't a fan of this). The brakes squeaked the entire time we had the car. The pictures advertised also need to be updated as they don't align with the present day condition of the car. All in all it served its purpose, but for the cost, the headache of getting a timely response, and the couple of tech/brake nuisances, we probably wouldn't do it again.

The truck was very clean and comfortable for our trip. The ride was smooth, pickup and return were easy, and the host made the whole process simple. I’d definitely recommend and book again.
