I booked a 2019 Buick Encore through Turo and couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience. The vehicle was in great condition—very clean inside and out—and drove exactly how you’d expect, with a comfortable ride and good visibility. It was a great fit for running around town and handled everything I needed without any issues.
The host stayed on top of communication and made the whole process straightforward. Instructions were clear, and both pickup and drop-off were quick and convenient.
All in all, everything went exactly as it should. Easy, reliable rental and definitely one I’d use again.
