Great car! It was very clean and comfortable to drive. Communication with the host was easy, and everything went smoothly. Highly recommend!

Christian and Junior were overall great hosts. The instructions were clear throughout. I requested 2 car seats and they confirmed them the day before as promised. They weren’t brand new but they did the job.
I had 2 issues with the car but still am leaving a 5 star review. First the driver side rear door had a seatbelt that would not connect to the buckle no matter what I tried. The other 4 seatbelts worked fine. Luckily I was able to work around this for the car seat using the latch system instead of the seat.
The other issue was the child safety lock was not working. I pressed the button on the driver side, the green light turned on to show it was engaged, but both my children could still open the rear doors from inside. Perhaps it was operator (me) error but I think I did it right.
All the way through Christian and team were responsive so I felt supported. I feel confident they will address these issues before the next customers use it.
Bobby was a great renter. No issues. We've checked the seatbelts and they are all working well so not exactly sure what happened here.
I think Bobby may have mistaken the window lock-out switch with the door lock out (which is a manual lever on the door frame itself).
