The car broke down on the side of the freeway , guy was extremely rude lying as if the car didn’t have any issues transmission light as well as engine light came on car would not hold gas there is a loud gas odor when I put gas in the car .! Worst rental ever
I always want my guests to have a great experience. This guest has extended on this car over and over again, with her calling me for discounts . She just panicked, thinking I’ll blame her or have her pay for car issues, which I in no way intended to or have done . When a guest reports a concern, I’m all about a solution, not blame. All the best !

Car was solid for my trip, pickup was very simple and communication is very good with fast response.
No smoking allowed
Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
