Easy to access and pick up the car with clear instructions. I did notice, however, that the car’s steering may be in need of maintenance, as the steering wheel tends to pull to the right. It also was not very smooth to turn the wheel.

Picking up the vehicle was HORRIBLE. I literally had to wait over an HOUR just to receive the car. I arrived to the location 30 min before my trip started and didn’t get the vehicle until 45 min AFTER my trip was supposed to start. The car drove smooth during the trip but the first day ruined it for me. Definitely wouldn’t recommend
