The host was very nice and easy to deal with. I had an issue with the vehicle getting a flat tire when I was about 100 miles from home. There isn’t a spare tire in this particular Audi. It’s not supposed to have one I guess. But it left me stranded waiting on Uber and Lyft to pick me up for 5 hours. I had a meeting with an important client of mine and I was not able to meet with him because of this. I missed 2 other appointments as well. However, I was impressed with how clean the car was. I was also impressed with how well I was treated by the people that work in roadside assistance and customer service at TURO. They stuck it out with me the entire time. I didn’t feel like I was stranded by myself I felt like I was stranded with 4 others that did everything they could possibly do to help me out in my situation. Thank yall so much. Again I’d like to thank the Host and the TURO Employees for turning a horrible situation into a good memory that I’m sure I’ll look back on for years to come.

Car quality was great. Communication with driver was excellent. Great customer service. Overall it was a smooth driving vehicle. Highly recommended. Would definitely rebook in the future.
