Host was great and communicative. The Audi q7 seems to be a fairly basic trim level; it did not have things like tire pressure monitoring, or adaptive cruise control. It does have wireless CarPlay though. The car is mostly clean but it has some aftermarket protective tape on the doors and rear hatch, that show some discoloration and scuffs. The center arm rest has a fairly prominent creak when you rest your arm on it. The car was mostly clean but not as clean as one would expect at a normal rental car location like Avis, enterprise, etc. I did however request to pick up an hour early on short notice so the cleaning process may have been rushed. Overall a rather good but not great experience. I would be comfortable renting from this host again.

Car quality and pick up was easy. A couple problems with the oil sign and engine light coming on the dashboard of the car but the Turo owner was gladly there to respond quick and help solve the problem easy. Other than that everything was great! Loved the car.
