Worst host ever. never showed up to retrieve the vehicle. Messaged him twice, called, no response, contacted support they couldn’t get in touch with him I waited 40 mins for him to arrive before I left. Support told me to leave key in car, I couldn’t because door wouldn’t lock. Currently have his key and waiting to be contacted (per support) oh and not to mention I missed getting my child off the bus. Never will book again
