The rental process was easy, and the vehicle was clean when I picked it up. However, during the trip, I noticed the car had a significant shaking/vibration issue, especially while driving at higher speeds. This made the ride less comfortable and raised concerns about the vehicle’s maintenance.
The host was responsive, but I believe the vehicle should be inspected and repaired before being rented again. Overall, the experience was average—good service, but the condition of the car impacted my trip.

The vehicles are cleaned and inspected at the start and end of every trip. Any thing that occurs while guest has vehicle, myself and Turo try our best to come up with a solution for the guest! Thank you for the review.
