We take every safety concern seriously. The car was serviced by a Kia dealership before the trip, including a tire inspection, and no low-tire-pressure warning appeared during your reservation (Actual Service report was kept in the glovebox) . We responded immediately and offered a Discount Tire inspection/ Repair, but received no report, receipt, photos, or documentation confirming the issue you mentioned.
