I had a great experience renting Sharon's 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee for a quick 4-day trip. The Jeep is a fantastic vehicle—it offers a very smooth ride and has plenty of get-up-and-go. It was fully loaded with great features, including a full panoramic moonroof, a digital rearview mirror, a 360-degree camera, massaging seats, heated and ventilated seats, and wireless Apple CarPlay. It’s a beautiful car, and it's a real shame a previous renter caused some damage. However, Sharon was incredibly apologetic about it upfront and made sure to thoroughly document everything so I wouldn't have any issues, which I really respected. Communication with her was a breeze, and she was hands-off during the trip itself. The only minor hiccup was an "oil change needed" service notification that popped up on the dash.
A quick tip for other renters: I highly suggest letting your host know your flight number and messaging them just before you take off. This allows them to deliver the car with enough time for check-in so you don't have to pay too much for airport parking!
