Mechanical issues the whole time. Almos caused us to have an accident so I returned it and she was trying to charge me. Horrible experience for my family

Jesus, I’m sorry you feel this way. When you reported the issue, I repeatedly offered for you to return the vehicle if you felt uncomfortable, but you chose to continue using it for several days, driving approximately 240 miles before returning a day early. I also provided an $80 refund for the inconvenience. I picked up and drove the vehicle immediately after your return and was unable to reproduce the jerking you described. The charge you referenced was simply a refueling reimbursement.
