This experience was HORRIBLE. I do not recommend Toro. Their customer service is polite but unhelpful. Steer clear of this company.
While Guest driving the vehicle, the heater hose broken and because coolant could not reach the engine, the vehicle overheated.This appears related to Chevrolet’s hose durability/design.To prevent the same issue from happening again, all heater hose connections were replaced.
Guest’s negative review was about call center service. In our conversation, he stated that the issue was not my fault.

You can’t connect your phone to the car which was annoying for a long trip. Overall the car is good for the price. The host is prompt to answer the calls and I no issues coordinating for the pickup and drop off.
No smoking allowed
Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
