Honestly, the worst experience I have ever had with Turo. The owner dropped off car extremely late. I had 4 children including a 7 month old with me on this trip and had to wait in the rental lot for over an hour until he arrived with the car. The car was still dirty and smelled heavily of someone smoking in vehicle. I understand these issues may have been because of previous driver but directly impacted my experience. The host has done nothing to compensate me for the extremely long wait time or condition of the car other than to give $5 for the parking fee. This whole experience honestly has really deterred me from using Turo again over a rental company. The hassle of unreliable owners isn’t worth the fee dollars saved.
