Pick up was smooth, car was not as advertised. Description said it had a sunroof. It did not. The sunroof is one of the most important criteria for me so I was incredibly disappointed. The host was very apologetic and got back to me quickly. Contacting someone to resolve this issue with Turo was exhausting and lengthy. I never did get to speak to someone and I had to get on the road in order to meet my timeline. I would have found another car as I get dizzy when driving without a sunroof.
