Car was cool. Fact it Was not cleaned before pickup is the only issue with that. The real issue is that the host seemed very uncomfortable and contacted me multiple times during the rental which I might add was only for 1 day.
He felt he had to remind me 5 times to return the car in the same condition as I picked it up with the gas where it was at the start. His excuse was he doesn’t know who knows the process so he feels he needs to constantly remind users of common sense things. I only drove the car 57 miles. I found the constant contact through the 1 day of rental was quite overbearing and honestly I would not rent from them again.

I’m always not understanding that people that they complaining the good manners. I already told you that every guest is different and I can’t go everyone profiles to see who knows the instruction how to use the platform that’s why I always try my best to give the all instruction to my customers to make sure they don’t have any issues in the future, but you won’t understand that.🤦🏻♂️
The car was a blast to drive. It was so clean and it rides smoothly. Great time driving around LA with the top down and some tunes. Hosts were very communicative. Highly recommend!
