The car smelled so bad of marijuana. The front wind shield had a haze across it as if it was vaped in. They claimed the car was clean when dropped off. Then kept gaslighting me that the car didn’t smell like weed. I had someone come into the car unprompted. The first thing the guest said was “why does it smell like pot?” I had my 10 year old daughter with me on a Disney / Universal / LA girls trip. We had to drive the entire time with the windows down. They offered to reimburse me for a $2 gas station air freshener. Full of chemical smells to mask this. They did offer to exchange for a corolla. I couldn’t. I needed the space of the SUV because I am disabled and can’t get in and out of a car that low to the ground. The car was NOT clean when it arrived. Sticky spots all in the back and front side panels. Dirt all over the floors. I’ve rented with Turo a lot. Always great. This was horrible. Absolutely horrific. Do not rent from them. Period.

However, attempting to use a negative review as leverage to avoid paying a valid fuel reimbursement fee is against platform policy and does not reflect the standard of service we provide.
