I was charged a fee and I was only 20 minutes late because of traffic. I thought it was a 30 minutes grace period.
Please do not liar, you wasn't charged because you brought back the car 20 minutes late. You were charged because you did not bring the car back with full gas. For the record, I am a patient person when it comes to pickup and drop off. I even encourage my guest to pick up early if they can , and take there time when it comes to drop off.
