I reserved and paid for a 2024 Nissan for the weekend. After my payment was completed, the host contacted me and said the vehicle I booked was not available and that the only option was a 2017 Jeep Compass. I would not have paid almost $250 for a 2017 vehicle. I booked specifically because it was a 2024 model. This was very disappointing and not what was advertised. I had the option to cancel but if you have the Turo App you already know how that process is.
I never experience that happening to me before so I was extremely disappointed. When I went to go pick up the car they had newer models available not sure if they were reserved. But I have rented with them before and this was the first time I experienced this. I will say the car I had was not bad. No Bluetooth and made some squeaky noise here and there but it got me through the weekend.

Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine

Unreasonably dirty vehicles may result in a $150 fine
