Detailed photos of the car will be uploaded prior to and after your trip by a member of the team. You are more than welcome to take as many trip photos as you'd like however you are not required, please do whatever makes you feel most comfortable.

Miguel as a host was great. He was very nice, accommodating, and responsive. As for the vehicle, it was a mess! Huge dents all over, the tire system light stayed on the entire time we had the car, the car remote was finicky. You had to almost be right up on the vehicle for it to work. The driver side arm rest was coming off as well. The car rattled when it was driven and just all around not in great renting condition. I would rent from Miguel again, just not this vehicle.

Thank you for your feedback . It’s unfortunate that not being able to start your trip early lead to dissatisfaction. While minor cosmetic dents don’t affect the car’s performance, we understand everyone has different preferences. The remote does work perfectly fine- it just requires a firm press, but i’m sure that’s something easily manageable . Also it’s good to note the tire pressure light didn’t cause any issues during the few days you enjoyed the car . Wishing you better experience!
