Kevin was very responsive and clear from the get go. Car is showing its age a little bit, but that is to be expected from a 2016 and it is priced well. I would absolutely rent from him again.

The host was very accommodating for pickup and drop off location, so five stars on that. Also, communication was speedy and mostly thorough. I had problems with cell service so can’t put all of the gaps on host, however the code was missing and it was provided relatively quickly.
The car is super cute, as pictured. It did have some mechanical issues: brakes shimmied so much that the plastic cover holding the lights and sunroof controls fell hanging while driving, car shook when accelerating, some other petty things. I advised the host who told me to drive on smoother roads. I had a three day rental and went to visit family. It didn’t feel like a safe and maintained vehicle for the road. The rental was ended early and pickup was smooth, very accommodating and came to where I was staying. Friendly interaction, where we discussed the issues, including engine light coming on, warning of “drivetrain was malfunctioning” the code indicating only to safe to drive to a station. I like Turo but this was not what I expected.
