The host left the car key in a lockbox without instructions on how to take the lockbox out. After trying to take it off from different angles, I got in the car, lowered the window and the lockbox fell out. Unfortunately, it broke.
She claimed to have cameras that recorded the incident and I misunderstood that for kind understanding that it was an accident.
However, she filed a claim for $32. I paid the claim because Turo charges for processing claims.
