This has been an unfavorable experience. I want to start by saying that the SUV that i rented was really nice and luxurious, however presentation is everything. I rented this vehicle for my daughter’s prom and had it delivered on the day of the event. Upon receiving the vehicle I immediately noticed the license plate was zip tied to the grill crooked, with about 6 inches of zip tie still attached to the ends. Very unprofessional! The suv was not cleaned or detailed. The exterior was extremely dirty, and the interior just the same. Inside the SUV smelled like cigarettes and marijuana. There were drip stains on the driver side door and stains on the rear seats. It seemed someone tried to hang air fresheners throughout the truck to mask the odor. When I notified the owner of my findings, it was advised that either an associate could pick the vehicle back up for a wash or I could take it to be washed and then reimbursed. On prom night because the odor was so pronounced, we had to drive with the windows cracked. My daughter and her date complained of headaches the entire evening. Needless to say it left odors in her dress and in her dates tux. Terrible experience!
