3 Stars on the vehicle: The car has a rough ride (you feel everything) and once you hit 75 the car shakes (you can feel it in your seat). We had a long trip to Dallas and it was a very uncomfortable travel. We did not have the time to cancel and rebook for another car. Beautiful car but I would not recommend for long trips.

Once again we’re very sorry you felt that way, but I would like to clarify once again for yourself, as well as all future guests seeing this review. You are the ONLY person to mention anything about a “rough ride”, shaking, and only review that isn’t 5 stars since April (windshield issue we had replaced). The vehicle is perfectly safe, maintenanced, and perfect for long roadtrips (as they make up over 80% of its booking volume).
