Everything was great with the car and the overall experience until it was time for drop-off. It was incredibly frustrating having to coordinate a warm handoff with the co-host instead of being able to leave the car in the same lot where I picked it up.
I was trying to get to the airport and had to wait in front of the arrivals area longer than expected for the co-host to arrive. This added unnecessary stress and made the drop-off process much more difficult than it needed to be. I would strongly recommend offering a more convenient drop-off option I like to have the option to do a quick stop for coffee or what have you.

Xochitl was accommodated last minute at night for her 1am flight and was provided a vehicle timely.
On the day of return. She noted 1pm as her check out time, but provided me 3 different times for return. To offer convenience for guests and avoid them parking fees as a courtesy we ask in advance for an exact return time. However, Xochitl only gave us 30 minutes to prepare for a much earlier check out time, and was became rude to my staff for showing up only 5 minutes past her asking return time

I love the car. Felt brand new, easy to handle and a mint condition. I really appreciated that they picked me up curbside which meant the airport fee was returned back to me. Not sure this is always done, but it was definitely an extra convenience for me and above and beyond for these hosts. So thank you.
