The car was nice, and we had great communication with the owner, but when I wanted to return it early, we ended up waiting for hours for no reason. The system wouldn’t let me return the car early, and it didn’t give me the option to contact live support or get any other help. As a result, we spent hours trying to return the car—that part was truly a disaster.
And the app's designers need to find a solution to this, because returning the vehicle shouldn't turn into a nightmare
