From the moment I booked, the experience felt overwhelming. Before I even picked up the car, I had already received over 7 messages. When I arrived, the host was sitting in the car, and even after I had picked it up, he continued asking for my ETA.
It made the whole process feel uncomfortable and unnecessary. I understand communication is important, but this felt excessive — almost like I was being monitored instead of simply renting a car.
It took away from the experience because instead of enjoying the convenience, I felt pressured the entire time. I do appreciate that the location is only 7 minutes from my house, but aside from that, the overall experience was overwhelming.
I just want a smooth, stress-free rental — not to feel like I’m being checked on constantl
