Terrible after service when it came to getting my refund processed I had to go above them to turo support because they were not attentive. And now what to charge me a refuel fee when I only drove about 10 dollars worth of gas so I refueled it back with 10 dollars worth. And now they want to charge me a fee because they are missing out the rest of my money that is now being refunded to me
I understand gas is expensive and Turo charges $10 for the convenience fee.
You did return early so it requires time to process refund. Thank you
