Car was very dirty had to clean it myself then they told us about a car cleaning service after the fact… then we filled up the tank and that added $75 to our trip and they still charged us $25 more for the amount of gas it took to get from the gas station to the drop off… not a bad trip but the lat minute charge was so annoying.
