Easy pick up and drop off. Good communication. No issues with vehicle though did have strong cigarette odor.
Thank you for your feedback, Tasha! We always thoroughly prepare each vehicle before every trip — including cleaning, disinfecting, and airing it out. Unfortunately, despite our strict no-smoking policy, some guests may violate the rules, and with short turnaround times between trips, odors may not always fully dissipate. Guest comfort is our top priority, and we truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

Car quality was good, no real issues! Pickup location was convenient and easy to find in the parking garage, very easy to navigate and access. Owner had every instruction on auto notice with clear directions each step of the way! I kind of wished they would have made themselves available and more personable instead of just random auto notices throughout the trip but everything went smooth and directions were clear and helpful. Very nice and clean vehicle.

Car was great, exactly like pictured and super clean. Host communicated clearly pickup and drop off instructions, making it very easy and smooth. And was quick to respond with any questions. I recommend renting this car!
One minor note, I was surprised to receive an invoice to fill up less than 2.5 gallons of gas. Like we typically do, we filled up the tank at a gas station about 30 min from the airport then drove to the drop off. It was the first time using Turo that I was charged for such a minimal amount. So if you rent (which I recommend you do - the car and host are great!), make sure you fill up right at your final destination to avoid extra fees!
