Everything was perfect no issues

I wanted to love the experience. The car served his purpose. The owner seemed chill. But there was mud all throughout the inside when I picked it up. I understand sometimes you can’t control the weather, but if i would rented through a company, i wouldn’t have mud down the hatch door and all over the floor. I had to pull over to clean the inside of windshield so that I could see to drive. The key fob is held together by a Band-Aid. All in all, I was left with the feeling that it wasn’t a very sanitary situation. That’s not how you wanna feel when renting a car.

Communication was good. Overall condition of vehicle was 5 at best.
No smoking allowed
Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
