Overall, a good experience. The vehicle smelled like smoke when we received it. He did offer a discount on a future trip which is nice but we’re rarely in the area. Offering a different vehicle in his fleet since he didn’t have time to get the smoke out or a discount on this particular trip would have been more meaningful. When we communicated that to him, he read the message but did not reply. Other than this issue, the car was fine and served our needs.

We thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and treated the vehicle, but with limited time before your trip, a slight smoke odor remained. As a goodwill gesture, I offered a discount on a future trip, as I couldn’t issue compensation for the current one. I sincerely apologize and remain committed to providing clean, safe, and reliable vehicles.
