Carlos made the experience memorable. #1: Pick up was easy. The instructions easy to follow. #2: I was able to speak to Carlos at car pickup to talk me through any issues that I had. #3: Nice driving and riding experience with the Lexus NX 300. Over the experience was on to remember.
