We would like to thank you for allowing us to rent your car over the past few days. We really enjoyed both the drive and the look of your vehicle. If available in the future, we would absolutely consider renting from you again. We visit Florida 2–3 times a year and frequently use Turo because of the convenience and the opportunity to try different vehicles.
With that said, I would like to provide some feedback regarding the return process. We have never had any issues or similar requests from other Turo hosts. The last-minute request for us to wash and detail the car on the same day of return was very inconvenient, especially while traveling with a family of five and preparing to head to the airport after running errands and getting lunch.
If this is a mandatory requirement, it would have been helpful for it to be clearly listed in the terms and conditions prior to booking. In our experience using Turo, requiring paying customers to personally arrange and pay for detailing immediately before drop-off is uncommon, particularly without advance notice or consideration for the additional time and effort involved.
We hope you take this feedback into consideration for future bookings. Thank you again, and we do appreciate the opportunity to rent your vehicle.
