Our experience with Ray was great! We had lost our original booking with another rental service and Turo made everything go smoothly. Turo updated multiple times when we needed to check in and Ray would message as well to make sure we weren't lost . The closer we got to pick up or drop off Turo explained step by step what I needed to do to update them. Thank you for making our trip special Turo and Ray.
