Let me start by saying I was very pleased with the car itself. I arrived in Killeen late with a mother who was in a walker. Upon exiting, I was not clear what section the vehicle was left in, and I repeatedly called and texted the owner to figure out where the car was. 45 minutes later, it was midnight, and the Killeen airport parking isn't lit the best. I settled and called an Uber to take me to my hotel. The next day, I took an Uber back and walked the parking lot in the daylight to retrieve the car. If communication had been 5 stars and I could have cleared up where the car was by text or call when it wasn't clear, I would have spent $50 Ubering back and forth.
My apologies mam. The car was parked in the very small,only, well lit parking lot at the tiny Killeen airport. The car was parked and you were notified of where well in advance. I’m sorry you did all that before you just read the multiple signs in the parking lot before spending money on a uber. Also you never mentioned a passenger with limitation until midnight and never in your reservation request.
