The car was great. Location was simple and easy to find. Car looks white in picture but some lightings it looks tan ish. Apple play can be a bit buggy but overall really solid car. Good mid sized SUV with plenty of space for luggage. That was the main thing I wanted out of the car was the luggage space. Passengers had enough space. The car drives well, does not feel like I am lagging behind. Overall would rent it again just wished the Apple play wasn’t super buggy but that’s not necessarily the cars fault. A lot of cars Apple play is strange.

Overall, the rental process was straightforward. However, when my departing flight was canceled, I needed to change the drop-off location. The host was not very accommodating in this situation, and I still incurred additional charges. While I understand policies, more flexibility for unexpected travel disruptions would improve the experience.
