Perfectly beautiful truck!

Would have been 5 stars but car had heavy smoke smell when we got it. Luxe offered to provide alternative but it would have been too disruptive since our time was short and busy. There was some leftover trash in the glove box from previous rental but nothing obtrusive or offensive. I would rent from them again and we loved the car and the response om from Luxe was immediate and good!

The vehicle was beautiful and exactly as we expected. We got a much better rate through Turo than a similar vehicle from a major rental. The pickup instructions were easy enough and drop off we figured out.
During checkout and check in we used the Turo app and text to message with Luxe who quickly responded to answer questions. The only potential for troubles would be for those who are not comfortable w/smart phones or just using the app; but I expect just calling would have gotten me the answers I needed.
I would recommend and use Turo and Luxe again.

Luxe is by far the BEST rental I’ve ever encountered and seen. I mean they’re number 1 because from the start to end Luxe made everything very easy, extremely great at communication and they make you stress free. They’re very helpful and will answer any questions you have right away. Very Clean and smooth car. I will definitely rent again.
