The vehicle is in excellent condition with no issues. The guest experienced difficulty with the pickup process and did not follow the provided pickup instructions. She also expected to pick up the vehicle approximately two hours before her scheduled reservation time, which we were unable to accommodate. Unfortunately, this resulted in a negative interaction during the pickup process, which is the reason for this review.
Great car reliable and good on gas definitely would recommend and rent again
