The 2021 Cadillac XT6 was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described — great vehicle for our group. There was a mix-up at the start where the car was delivered to the wrong airport, which cost us some time and money on day one. But I have to give Timothy real credit: once I raised it, he took full responsibility and promptly reimbursed our out-of-pocket costs plus compensation for the lost time, no arguing or excuses. Mistakes happen — what matters is how a host handles them, and Timothy handled it the right way. Would rent from him again.
