It was a great car, the host was wonderful and everything overall was just 10’s across the board! I would most definitely rent from him again!

My flight was missed so i had to pick up my vehicle the next day however the co-host was really rude when texting me due to frustration of this and also bluntly called me a liar stating that i was tell them false information. I did continue with the trip and the car it self was perfect for my stay but i would never book with this host again due to lack of clear communication
Lied to us and attempted to get the lockbox code for her friends while she wasn’t even in town yet. We didn’t hold that against her and instead allowed her to update her pickup time to the following day when she would finally be in town. She still arrived later than the updated time, which continued to disrupt our day while trying to coordinate finally getting her the code. She did not read and properly follow instructions She and her friend had rude attitudes throughout all of our interactions.
