Push to start ignition with heavy duty cargo space. - Fuel: A full tank will be provided at pickup. It is expected to be returned at Full as well. If you’d like to avoid the hassle of filling it up before drop off, you are welcome to return as is. A $10 convenience fee will be charged along with the gas invoice. - Toll Charges: This vehicle has a toll tag, and you can use tolls at your convenience. However, you will be charged for all the tolls that you use during your trip. The tolls reimbursement will be requested via the app after we receive the statement from the tolls authority. - Mileage: Please remember that mileage is limited, and you’ll be charged a per mile rate if you exceed your limit. *You can purchase unlimited miles in the extras section when booking if you need to. -Pets: $150 pet fee will be charged if any evidence of pet hair is detected upon return. Please be respectful of this policy. - Cleanliness The vehicle is expected to be returned in the same condition it was delivered to you. If the vehicle is brought back unreasonable dirty (determined to be made by our Service Director), you will be charged a cleaning fee accordingly. - NO SMOKING: 🚭⚠️ No smoking is allowed in the car. The guest that booked the trip will be financially responsible for any damage incurred throughout the trip. No smoking, drinking or drug use of any kind is allowed! Return the vehicle in the like new, clean, refueled, sanitized condition in which you received the car. If the vehicle is not cleaned out you could be charged for a cleaning fee. This vehicle operates on regular fuel: TURO will automatically charge a $10 inconvenience fee if the host submits for fuel reimbursement. I would love to have you share photos of your adventures with Big Ben! You can tag Ben on Instagram What are pre-trip requirements? REFUELING Do I have to refuel the car at the end of my trip? For convenience TURO offers the "prepaid fueling" extra for post-trip return. It is priced within reason considering you are paying for a full tank of fuel and the convenience of not having to go to the gas station! Pro-Tip: You can avoid the hassle altogether by taking care of this at the start of your reservation. Purchase the prepaid refueling extra.
TRIP EXTENSIONS What happens if my trip runs longer than I expected?
Simply go into your reservation in TURO and request an extension. TURO will calculate the additional cost. As long as there is not a reservation immediately after your trip, we will approve the extra time. You must also submit for a trip extension at least two hours before the trip ends so we have sufficient time to approve the request. Communication here is the key!

Gabriel and the bronco were perfect for our trip to Houston. Communication was clear and easy. The vehicle was spotless and returning was a super easy process.

Some inconveniences with pickup and drop off that weren’t communicated in advance were a let down and the gas tank wasn’t full. These aren’t things I’ve run into when dealing with other hosts, but overall the host was responsive and the car was as described.
