Car had multiple issues immediately at pickup such as oil change maintenance warning, an unknown rear seat warning, there was less than 1/4 tank of gas, the windshield is chipped, etc. and when I informed the host, I was ignored. The host also tried to tell me to return the gas with a full tank despite picking it up with less than 1/4 tank and he also tried to tell me to have the car washed inside and outside and to provide receipts otherwise a $50 fee will be applied. This is against Turo policy and a made-up fee by the host which isn’t enforceable. The host seems to want the guests to fuel and clean the car between guests so they don’t have to do anything. Ridiculous! Do not rent from him or his “co-hosts”!!

I made my round-trip with one tank of gas, so it’s a great deal on gas. Overall, the car was great, and the host did a great job of communicating all their expectations and how to get into the car. However, I didn’t like having to wash and vacuum the car out. The whole point of renting is that I leave the car in good condition, without having to wash and vacuum before returning it.
