This was a terrible experience. I rented a car with seating for 7, only to be told the day before my trip that he only had a 5 seater. He offered to let me take his Porsche Cayanne for the same price, so I squeezed my family and our luggage into it and went on our trip. This vehicle has many warnings on the dash over the course of our vacation, one was "Engine overheating, do not proceed". We had Rio pull over to let the car cool off numerous times. After returning, I got a message showing me damage that wasn't there, being told since I didn't have proof that I didn't do it, I'm responsible. I purchased basic coverage, so on top of a terrible trip, I gotta pay $500 more. I would never suggest anybody rent from this company.

I contacted you before your trip for your safety since i had a flat tire in my other car, i offered you a more expensive car at the same price and you accepted it, you had the option to cancel for a full refund!
The car didn't have a single alarm light when you return it back, i drove it for 2 days with no single issue!
All this bad review because you don't want to assume responsibility for the quarter panel scratch!
