Originally booked a newer car, and the host texted the day before to say it was not available. He did have some older SUVs available, this being one of them. We ended up making 2 reservations to cover the whole week between this vehicle and a 2022 SUV. He did go out of his way to help swap vehicles mid week, but wasn't able to do so until 10:45pm at night, which was not convenient. He also reimbursed the difference from the original booking price. Overall a great host and very responsive
