The directions for where to pick up and drop off the car were fabulous! There was a little bit of issues with the infotainment system with the cords allowing android auto or Apple CarPlay to connect for directions to be on the screen. Other than that, it was a great vehicle for our trip!

The host was very communicative, kind and easy to work with. The car ended up having a check engine light on and had to be returned early. The host was as helpful as possible in this process. However, I must say TURO customer service was not and I was not able to get a replacement car. They ended up refunding me but it was a very unpleasant experience working with TURO customer service.

I’m sorry this happened and apologize for the inconvenience. The vehicle has since been fully repaired. I originally took it to a service provider for an oil change, but they installed the incorrect drain plug. I then took the vehicle to Tynan’s Volkswagen, where they performed a new oil change and installed the correct drain plug. The issue has been completely resolved, and the vehicle is now operating as it should.

Car had dog hair in it when we picked it up from parking spot. Otherwise car was very reliable and made our trip go smoothly. Pick up and drop off was easy. Communication from host was smooth. Limited phone service at parking location made using an app a little stressful. Would use this host again if we ever need to come back to Denver.
