Ricardo & Anay Acuña were perfect hosts. They promptly answered every question we had, often within seconds. For a 5-year-old vehicle, this Tesla Model Y was in excellent condition and performed flawlessly. The pick-up was in the airport parking lot just outside the arrivals/baggage claims area, and we were able to drop the vehicle off directly to Ricardo, who was waiting as we drove up to the curb at Departures, which saved us time and money. This seamless process made renting from Acuña much more convenient than renting from a car rental agency. I would 100% do business with them again!
