Very easy!!

Pickup and return instructions were clear, and the host communicated promptly. However, the car was delivered with a significant amount of dog hair inside, which was a serious problem for me due to allergies. When I raised the issue, the host didn't have another car available, and the compensation offered didn't cover the cost of professional cleaning. I had to spend part of my trip dealing with it. I'd suggest future guests with allergies confirm the car's condition before booking.

Pickup from the airport was so easy! The shuttle was prompt both for pick up and drop off. The car was exactly what we needed for a trip to Rocky Mountain.
